Quick and Delicious Cube Steak Recipe

  • 2-1/2-3 lbs. cube steaks
  • 1 recipe beef gravy
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 T. butter or oil

Melt butter in electric skillet or frypan.  Add the onion and sauté until limp.  Then add the steaks and brown on both sides.  Add the gravy and simmer, covered, for 20-30 minutes.
