Freezing blueberries is simple. This works for most other kinds of berries too. Wash the berries in a colander and pick out any stems or mushy berries. Line your counter top with a dry towel and spread them out to dry. Sometimes I gently rub another towel over the top to speed up the drying. [...]

We purchase our blueberries at a nearby farm. This year the berries were the best ever, both in flavor and size. Several were 7/8″ diameter and at least one 1″. Many of you mathematicians will realize that is 3.14 inches in circumference!
