Quick and Delicious Cube Steak Recipe

2-1/2-3 lbs. cube steaks

1 recipe beef gravy

1 large onion, sliced

2 T. butter or oil

Melt butter in electric skillet or frypan.  Add the onion and sauté until limp.  Then add the steaks and brown on both sides.  Add the gravy and simmer, covered, for 20-30 minutes.

Easy Homemade Pizza Dough Recipe

2-1/4 cups warm water
2 T. instant yeast
1 T. sugar
approx. 6 cups flour
3 T. olive oil
1-1/2 t. salt

1-1/4 cups sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 16-ounce cans pitted tart cherries, drained and juice reserved (or one quart home-canned)
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon almond extract

1/4 cup powdered sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons corn syrup
